07. Will the design still feel right in a few years?
Design decisions are based on how you actually live, on spatial proportions and on durable materials. Not on trends.
The result remains functional and visually relevant for many years without requiring costly updates.
The result remains functional and visually relevant for many years without requiring costly updates.
08. Does the design help control construction costs?
Yes. The design fee and the construction budget are separate.
Design fee: fixed within the agreed scope. Changes only if you expand the project beyond what was originally agreed.
Construction budget: depends on materials, contractor terms and market conditions. Complete technical documentation enables accurate pre-construction pricing and reduces the risk of unexpected costs on site.

09. Can the visualisations actually be built?
Yes. Every visualisation is based on a technically resolved design prepared for real construction. Structure, building services and construction methods are accounted for from the outset.
What you see is what can be built accurately in your actual space.

10. Does the documentation help London contractors?
Yes. Complete technical drawings, material schedules and precise specifications mean your contractor and joinery workshop can price accurately, sequence correctly and build without ambiguity. Errors on site are minimised and you retain control over quality and cost.
